Shipping Questions

How much is shipping?
  We ship the majority of orders via USPS Priority mail although some larger, heavier orders may be shipped via Federal Express. All orders are shipped with a tracking number for delivery confirmation.

If you are ordering a small item that can easily be mailed via 1st class mail, please email us and we can work something out. Once in a while we will offer free shipping to our customers in the US only.

Domestic Shipping Rates are as followed:

$.01 - $15.00 ---------- $ 6.95

$15.01 - $30.00 -------$7.95

$30.01 - $45.00 -------$ 8.95

$45.01 - $60.00 -------$ 9.95

$60.01 - $74.99 -------$ 10.95

$75.00 and Over ------FREE! (This option may NOT apply during percentage off promotions)

International orders are always only charged exact shipping costs. If we can ship it cheaper than the price at checkout, we will refund you the difference.  You will initially be charged $35.00 for shipping at checkout.  If the shipping is more than this, we will charge your credit card the difference and if it is less, we will refund your credit card the difference.  If you would like to know the ACTUAL shipping cost before we ship your order, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.

When will my Order be shipped? We try to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours depending on the day you order. 99% off all orders placed before 5pm mountain time Monday-Friday will ship that same day. If you order on a Sale Day, Please allow a few additional days for your order to be processed, Due to the Large Ordering Demand on those Days. If you do not recieve a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact us. Remember to use the form in the "order tracking" link above for the fastest response to your email.

Product Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day guarantee from the time of purchase on all unopened products with the original packaging materials less shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Please email us or call us if you need to return something so that we can watch for it in the mail.  As soon as the item(s) are received by us, your account will be credited.  A 15% restocking fee will apply.
